Therapeutic Approaches

My approach to therapy incorporates multiple perspectives based on your personal goals, which aim to enhance the mind-body-spirit connection, nurture personal growth, promote healing, and overcoming challenges.

I use mainly integrative and humanistic therapeutic approaches to therapy, combining insight and skills-based frameworks. I work collaboratively with everyone integrating the most beneficial approaches to their unique situation. My work also focuses on working with the individual's strengths as a foundation of their healing process.

Other modalities that I work within are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Culturally Sensitive, Existential, Multicultural, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Strength-Based, and Trauma Focused.
